赫納恩麗景灣spa酒店 (Henann Regency Resort and Spa)

優點：離海邊真的很近 離D mall商圈也近 缺點：飯店真的相對比較舊一些 飯店很大間 有三個游泳池 適合親子游行程

非常好的酒店，雖然沒有訂到所有2張床的房間，但把我們都安排在相鄰的房間，酒店早餐偏西式和菲律賓菜，但也有noodle bar，解決了我的中國胃，自助晚餐也不錯，活動豐富。有機會還會來。

衞生：很差！酒店很舊 服務很差 五星級酒店吃早飯吃壞了，****，造成我和我姨媽不斷嘔吐，拉肚子。然後跟酒店要葯品，他們説沒葯。讓我們去外面買。我們當天退房回馬尼拉拉肚子兩天。我一天吐了五次。 實在無法忍受！太垃圾 在也不去了！衞生食品安全沒有保障。

地點很棒、，雖然設施有點舊！ 不過服務人員很親切！ 下次如果有再去長灘島，還是會選相關集團的飯店！

傳說中的網美飯店，特別訂了直接接泳池的房型，從進飯店到入住及檢查房間，感受不是很好，櫃檯接待的人員玩著手機跟我確認資料，嘻笑的態度讓人不悅，進入房間打開冰箱看見塞著2條浴巾，Wi-fi 打電話問了7次才幫我處理好！ 保險箱的電池還沒電，一堆問題讓第一天入住的心情大打折扣。 規矩一堆，要求10點需保持安靜，但半夜1點都還能聽到隔壁在池邊嬉戲，也不見工作人員去提醒。 整體來說，小資家庭，如果有規劃不少行程，在飯店的時間不多，住一般房型即可，但如果來放鬆，只想在飯店休息，直接接泳池的房型的確算是一個舒服的選擇，另外早餐真的十分令人滿意。

房間很乾淨、早餐很好吃、地理位置很優，泳池到海邊超方便，H飯店體繫有很多旅館，在海灘旁也有整排躺椅可以使用，不錯！

非常好的飯店，服務以及位置還有設施跟餐飲，完全就是首推的飯店，希望大家能夠來這裡住上一次！有個愉快的旅遊體驗～

設施：酒店十分老舊 床咯吱咯吱響 空調太吵了 衞生：打掃的還挺乾淨 就是太老舊了 環境：酒店直通沙灘 説是不讓非入住的進來 其實根本沒人管 在通往沙灘的門口就可以撞上推銷的小黑 服務：保安和路上遇到的服務都態度很好 但是前台無論入住還是退房都擺一個臭臉

1) I don't recommend it to anyone, the worst hotel i've ever been to! it deserves 2 stars at most 2) The hotel is cheating its guests, beware of scammers! 3)bad service 4)very dirty 5) there is always some kind of construction going on 24/7 It's impossible to sleep in such noise 6)SCAMMERS, take money in advance, and if you don't like it, it's impossible to get it back! 1) 누구에게도 추천하지 않아요. 제가 가본 호텔 중 최악이에요! 별 2개만 줘도 충분해요 2) 호텔이 손님을 속이고 있어요. 사기꾼 조심하세요! 3) 서비스가 나쁨 4) 매우 더러움 5) 항상 24시간 공사 중이에요. 이런 소음 속에서 잠을 잘 수가 없어요 6) 사기꾼, 선불로 돈을 받고, 마음에 들지 않으면 돌려받을 수 없어요!

We recently had an overnight stay at Henan Regency Boracay, Station 2 and it was a nice experience. Location: The hotel is ideally located at Station 2 with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the beach Check-In/Check-Out: The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I did experience a slight delay during check-in due to a room request initially located at the East Wing where construction is being made, but it wasn’t a major issue. They upgraded our room and placed us near the swimming pool and breakfast buffet area. Room: The room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the amenities you’d expect, including a welcome home chocolate pieces, coffee machine, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom was modern, with a large walk-in shower and bath tub. However, I did notice a bit of noise because we were at the ground floor, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Facilities: The fitness center is well-equipped for a hotel gym, and spa for relaxation. Hotel kept the pool clean, hygienic and it looked inviting. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight with a variety of options, from fresh fruit to made-to-order omelets. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly. The hotel also boasts the singing and dancing chefs which gives entertainment to all guests Service: The service was generally excellent. Staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay, and housekeeping did a great job of maintaining cleanliness. The concierge was helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions. Cons: While the hotel overall was excellent, the street noise in my room was a bit bothersome at times. Additionally, the prices for dining and drinks at the hotel were on the higher side, but that's expected at this level of accommodation. Conclusion: The Henan Regency Hotel offers great value for its location and amenities. I’d definitely consider staying here again, though I might request a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience.
